For workers
Do I have to pay anything to join?
No. Gigzywork is free for workers. We never ask for a joining fee, a deposit or payment for training. If anyone asks you to pay in our name, tell us straight away.
How do I apply for a task?
Choose a live task and select I'm interested. Leave your name and phone number, and we'll call within two working days with the full brief.
When and how do I get paid?
Each task shows its pay before you apply. Once the work is checked, payment goes to your bank account or UPI ID. The brief states when, usually within 7 days.
Do I need experience?
Most tasks need none. If a task needs a skill, such as a language for calling, the brief says so. We brief you before you start.
Where are the tasks?
Mostly in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, plus some you can do from home. Every task lists its location.
What documents do I need?
A phone number is enough to show interest. Before your first task we may ask for ID so we can verify who you are. The brief lists anything else.
Can I work part-time or alongside studies?
Yes. Tasks are short, and you choose which ones to take. Many fit around classes, a job or the weekend.

How quickly can a team start?
Most projects go live within a week of agreeing the brief. Small field projects can start sooner.
How is pricing worked out?
We quote per task, per day or per project once we understand the scope. The price is agreed in writing before any work begins.
How do you check workers?
We verify identity and phone number, brief every worker on your task, and track attendance and completion while the work runs.

How will I know the work is getting done?
You get a daily update on attendance and progress, with photos or call logs where the task has them. You have one coordinator to ask.

We arrange a replacement where we can and tell you straight away. Attendance is tracked on every shift.
